(Laguna Hills, CALIFORNIA)— Parentis Health Home Health & Hospice proudly announces its award of accreditation status by Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for hospice and home health with recommendation for continued deemed status.
“By achieving ACHC accreditation, Parentis Health demonstrates our commitment to delivering the highest quality of products and services by complying with ACHC accreditation standards and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation (CoPs),” said Jennifer Niu, Administrator for Parentis Home Health and Hospice
Accreditation is a voluntary activity where health care organizations submit to peer review of their internal policies, processes and patient care delivery against national standards. ACHC, a private, nonprofit corporation certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards, was developed by homecare and community-based providers to help companies improve business operations and quality of patient care.
“On behalf of the board of directors, staff and volunteers of Parentis Health, I am proud that our organization has received this high honor and has been recognized by ACHC, a national accreditation body. It demonstrates that we continuously strive for excellence and we have achieved compliance with rigorous national quality standards and requirements for hospice and home health services” said Tarek A. El Nabli, Parentis Health, President and CEO.
