Caregiver Part-time, Full-time

Job Description

Parentis Health is growing quickly and  we are determined to lead the way in the In-Home Care. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our growing In-Home Care division.

Our caregivers provide non-medical care and companionship with a heavy emphasis on excellent customer service and quality care. This is a great opportunity to get started in the healthcare field with lots of opportunities to grow within our organization.

We are looking for caregivers on a part-time and full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal Care
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADLs)
• Provide assistance with meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Provide light housekeeping tasks (Laundry, change bed linens, clean living area, etc.)
• Assistance in Bathing/Grooming/Toileting
• Transportation

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, be able to drive, and have reliable transportation
• CNA, CHHA (preferred)
• Home Care Aid registration through the department of social services
• COVID Vaccination required
• Copy of COVID-19 Vaccination card
• Must be computer literate and able to operate smartphone apps
• Must understand HIPAA Regulations including ethics and confidentiality
• Must have clear background screening in accordance with California Regulations
• Must have TB clearance or willing to obtain
